What is Life Solutions for Teens?
Life Solutions for Teens (LST) is a youth development organization that offers a wide-range of workshops and special events explicitly designed to mentor and encourage teens to fulfill their dreams and to reach their maximum potential. Life Solutions for Teens (and its affiliate) has reached out to teens since 1999 through workshops, television, print media, concerts and special events.

Our mission is to help teens overcome the many forces that threaten to misguide or destroy their future.
Our Workshops
Our workshops are designed to inform and capture the attention of all participants, including visual, auditory and kinesthetic learners. Life Solutions for Teens has purchased the most modern portable equipment to present workshop materials in a modern and relevant format.
Founder and CEO, Pamela Sampson, MFA, has been a student of theatre arts for over 25 years and believes incorporating theatrical elements into workshop topics brings the subject matter to life and further engages the student. In addition to her theatrical experience, Mrs. Sampson has worked with youth in various capacities for 20 years. She currently serves the Harris County Juvenile Probation Department as an Education Specialist.
